They have great communication skills. They thoroughly explained what was going on with my car and how much each item would cost. They were the best estimate I got for my car, compared to other mechanics I've been to. Their customer service is great. They even gave me a ride back to my apartment while they worked on my car. They worked quickly and got it repaired sooner than I thought it would take. I've been back a few times, I love those guys! I'd definitely recommend them to anybody!
