We had a great buying experience on our new upstairs unit. Michael's quote was not the lowest, but he was no-pressure and seemed to really know what he was talking about. The team showed up for the install when scheduled and kept everything cleaned up while working and after finishing up. System worked great all summer. This autumn, we had a problem and even though it was on a weekend, the tech came out right away, diagnosed the problem (a manufacturer's defect), and fixed everything promptly. I believe that the real test of a company (like a man) is how they handle things when there are problems. R&S demonstrated a caring attitude, and went well above my expectations.
