My main AC failed on one of the hottest days of the year. I contacted an HVAC company - did not hear back after 48 hrs. I contacted another and was able to leave a voicemail - no return call from them either after 48 hrs. I called R&S - Got a live person on the phone! She was pleasant and very accommodating. Harold, the Service Rep. showed up on time, was very professional, efficient and pleasant. Answered all of my questions. The cost for service was reasonable as well. Will not go to anyone else in the future.
