phenomenal customer experience
I ended up at Group One earlier this year because I was tired of wondering whether my then-service advisor was making good recommendations for maintenance in light of the age of my car (an '02) and its mileage (115K). After checking out some of the competition and getting a recommendation from a co-worker, I stopped by the shop and was immediately impressed with Bart's approach. It's so refreshing to talk to someone who actually works on the car, who explains why he decides to do some things but not others, and who's trying to meet my objectives for service and repairs. Bart and his team know cars, they know how to work with customers, and they're not out to do work for work's sake. Just a phenomenal experience.
