The people were great... took me to the mall and picked me up when my car was ready. They found a problem with my new tires, so I can now go and take care of that next. The only thing was that when I called them to get an estimate on my Mercedes, they gave me an estimate range of $300-$400 based on my mileage, and said it would probably be closer to $300. My car didn't even need all that was on the list for the Service B.... and yet they charged me $490.... still cheaper than the dealer, but I was a bit disappointed because their estimate they gave me was much lower than what they charged me.
