Way too expensive for 20 minutes of a simple job!

Plumber was prompt and friendly!
But a simple 20 minute job ended up costing $272! Was told any job was a 2 hour minimum?? Or charged by the job. In this case the job was cheaper if you can believe that
Basically a rip off for the services rendered!!
