The summary says it all. Only reason for 4 stars out of 5 on "Service" is because the job required about 50 more days to complete than originally estimated. Whether that's my insurance appraiser's fault or the body shop, I cannot really know. BTW, the daily progress photo shots online are nice to have, and I truly appreciate the onsite availability of rental transportation (with nice cars, versus the rent-a-wreck some garages loan you)
