Overall a good experience but some communication problems.
I think the idea of sending a picture of the car to mark progress via e-mail is basically a good idea but is frustrating when you get the same picture for days showing no progress. Also, the e-mail does not communicate details like difficulty in finding parts. I had to telephone to get those details. Jim Cooper was friendly and helpful.
