I've been coming to Sudley Car Care for five or six years. I've known Craig longer. They've done brake jobs, tune-ups, transmission work, allignment, routine maintenance. I keep coming back to Sudley because of the customer service and the professionalism of Craig and his staff. They're outstanding to deal with.

I know that when I take my car there, it's going to be fixed right. They're honest, and they are very dependable. It's hard to find somebody you can trust nowadays, but you can truly trust Craig and his staff. He's just an outstanding individual, he really and truly is, and his people are really good.

He even looked at a transmission problem I was having and recommended me to a transmission shop. He didn't even charge me to look at my transmission and that says a lot about the man. He had a mechanic looking at the transmission for several hours. He then had it taken over to the transmission shop and offered to give me a ride.

He's got a customer for life, whether he wants it or not.
