The tech that came to my house was friendly and down to earth. He was honest and performed outstanding work! He made me feel comfortable in my purchase. I had to contact the office a few times for questions and the only complaint I have is the receptionist strikes me as rude. Not very friendly and a few times I've been sighed at. Makes me wish I could contact my tech directly for further jobs as I am needing more work done. Keep the good work up!
