Summary ..... I was very satisfied with their work and their being punctual.

A courtesy call was made prior to their arrival as promised. They were on time, in & out quickly and total cost was reduced from original after carefully inspecting the toilet before proceeding (pulling up toilet and/or removing was not necessary).
