Master's Touch Carpet Care is the best company I have ever had, and I recommend them. They are very nice people. Sometimes he brings one of his kids along, and they always help out. The children are so polite, and he is polite but friendly. They do an excellent job.

I have light beige carpet and a dog. Sometimes my dog has accidents and will leave spots. He works so hard to get everything up and clean.

My daughter was using a different company, and she said that they did a really good job. They were also $5 cheaper, so I decided to try them, especially because my daughter got points for referring them. I had to call Master's Touch anyway because their job was nothing compared to him. He is so good, and when he gets through, it always looks like brand new carpet.

I'm 82 years old, and I think he treats me as if I was his mom. Something else that was really sweet is that he got me a cover for my outside faucet. He didn't charge me for it; he just told me it was something he thought I ought to have. Considering this winter, I am glad I have it.
