We had another company come out first and were extremely unimpressed with their service. They recommended replacing the entire unit but the unprofessional of the technician led us to get a second opinion. Southwest came to the same conclusion, we needed to replace our entire unit, but because of the professionalism and thoroughness of the technicians we felt much better about the decision. The work was completed in a timely manner and everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional.
