I wrecked my car, it was towed to Bay City by in insurance co. (Safeco)
Robert was my rep. He made his initial call and the rest is history. I was sent a daily email with photos and updates on the progress. When Robert had problems ordering parts he let me know. The whole experiance was excellent. I picked up my car, was given a full and complete list of labor and parts.
I would defenatly recommend Bay City Auto Body.
