Didn't finish the job... parts were found in the backseat
I've used MasterTech before and I know finding parts not reassembled in the backseat is not the norm. They were trying to meet a deadline for me and I appreciate that, but certainly would prefer my car be completely put together before handing the keys back to me.
On a positive note, I really valued the online updates and photos of my vehicle. My service coordinator was very responsive.
