Kenny is very thorough. He is detailed, and explains everything thoroughly, and I respect him for that.

He is an honest guy, and does a good job. If I have any problems and need to take it back, he takes care of it.

Aside from being a good mechanic, Kenny stays on top of things. He keeps good records, and knows exactly what I need when I take my van in. He takes the time to explain all the pros and cons about the different maintenance the van needs and I really appreciate it.

He used to have a shuttle service, and it would be great if he had it again. I have to sit there while they work on my car, and the shop is so far away. Everything else is no problem though.
