The salesman in the shop was really nice, funny, and easy to work with. He helped us stay within our budget, which we really appreciated. And, the technician who came out to do the installation was amazing. He really helped us out because we had to match the new carpet to our existing carpet. So, he was here longer than we had scheduled matching the seams. He did not leave until it looked right.
