The staff at AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring is wonderful, nice, and helpful. The actual job was not good because my carpet was left wet, and it took two days to dry. This is unusual, and it created a smell. This was my first time using them. I would use them again if I spoke with them and was assured that a trained technician would come out and do the work.
