I haven't had that much contact with the everyone at Twin Spires Self Storage, but when I do it is very positive. They are friendly and work with me. I took an online survey for them, and when they asked how they could improve I honestly answered that there was nowhere I could see improvement. We just started using their service this year.

Because it is a self storage facility there is not much they need to do, but whatever they do, they do it perfectly. The facility is in a very convenient location, right off the interstate. They also include a free rental truck for anyone moving, which I don't think is a usual service for storage facilities.
