I was very disappointed, the young men who came and claned my carpet didn't vacuum, sprayed the chemical on the carpet went over it with a mop and then raked up the nap...work started around 3 PM and was still wet at 10 PM at which time I retired for the night. The charge was $173. for living room, small dining area and hall no furniture was moved..
