I've worked with Matt Madrid and Pro-Tech for several years. They've installed 3 ductless air conditioners and a ductless whole house humidifier. I find them to be skilled, knowledgable and trustworthy. The customer service is among the best I've ever encountered. I will continue to work with them and recommend them highly.
