We have had the heating and cooling system for a year and one of the units stopped opening and closing. It was no longer covered on warranty and had to pay for the service call. I didn't think this was fair because all we do is turn it off and on and only touch units to clean filter. It should be all covered for the expense of the units. We have 4 units and hope they don't start breaking so easy.
