PRO-TECH is well named. matt madrid (really cool name and guy) came by my condo at el corazon de santa fe. our homeowners association recommends and uses PRO-TECH. matt embodies customer satisfaction with his skill, intelligence and wit.
i will be sending an email to my HOA community this afternoon urging them to have PRO-TECH not only do an annual service check, but take note of their prompt and professional response to a customer's call.
