I have a heating system that involves the dreaded "Entran" word. Although I have had no problems with the Entran tubing I have had several problems with the boiler. It was only replaced some 10 years ago. Since then one zone was constantly freezing cold. I have called 3 different heating companies and each one blamed the Entran! But even I can diagnose that the boiler was not functioning correctly! Fernando came in and explained exactly how this particular boiler has a design fault . He made adjustments and showed how the heat is now circulating in the former cold zone. How easy was that?! Because of his helpful and honest assessment I do realize that eventually the Entran tubing will fail and I will see a wet area and how to shut it all down quickly. In the meantime because of his honest assessment I have decided to get an estimate for ductless heating. What a breath of fresh air! Protech have earned all my brownie points!! Thank you Fernando.
