Service has been excellent, although there sometimes is confusion with billing. I am scheduled for auto pay on two units at different times in the month. Sometimes I get a bill in the mail and one time I was informed I was delinquent. I am also unhappy in what I consider an extreme increase in rates (from $191 to $226 = $35 x 2 = $70/mo. x 12 = $840/yr.). As a result, we will soon empty one unit.
