They were under the original estimate that was given and they showed up as scheduled with no phone calls from me. The storage team wrapped the belongings very well before storing in crates. The local team was very professional and the furniture was treated carefully (plus they packed). There was 1 minor issue with a piece of furniture that the customer service team has been very responsive to fix as quick as possible.
