The technician who came to my house from Clinton Electric Co., Chris Kehr (I believe that's his name), was very respectful and courteous. He explained the problems in very simple terms that we could understand. He had to replace some wires in the circuit breaker box because we had a bathroom light fixture flickering and the light had grown dim. But, in the process, he found a burned out wire in the circuit breaker and took his time to set the other wires to make sure there were no other burned out wires. He went above his duty, cleaned up the work area, and just appeared to do a good job!
