I was very happy with our service. The technician came to our house on a Saturday night - right as I was trying to make dinner without melting because our AC was out. He was very engaged and informative, and offered us tips in case we ran into the same problem again. He mentioned a maintenance contract, but he wasn't pushy about it, which pleased me. Not only that, but the cost was much less than I expected, and our tech didn't seem peeved to talk with my home warranty company about reimbursement. Overall, it was great experience, and I'll definitely recommend this company to others.
