The tech was on time, did a great job identifying our issue and resolving the problem. Our HVAC started to make a high pitched keening noise, not an emergency but something that needed to be looked at soon. We called One Hour due to recommendations on Angie's List. We were pleased with the visit and will have them perform regular maintenance on our system in the future.
