They communicated very well what the problem was and the different solutions. This was very nice.
I am a new customer of Eastside Auto Care, and was referred by another customer of theirs. I got to talk briefly to the owner of the shop before bringing my vehicle in. They have a fair amount of knowledge and they were flexible.
I made the appointment ahead of time and they were able to give me a ride back to my work while they worked on my truck. That was pretty helpful.
