The value, the service, and everything about how Dave has helped me is rated at a 5. I have had some pretty severe car troubles the last few months, and Dave, at Eastside Auto Care, has always been quick to respond, give accurate and more than fair quotes, and has done everything in a reasonable amount of time.

I have an older car, a 1991 Mitsubishi, and after bringing it in once, something completely unrelated broke shortly after. Shortly after that something else happened too, again completely unrelated. He always got the car out the same day, and with the last issue, which was a patch job on a metal hose, he didn't even charge me.

He is really great at finding parts for cheap, which helped me out a whole bunch. He did a lot of work he didn't have to do to find the best deal for me. I know quite a bit about cars, and I bring it to him because I know he is good. Dave was always straightforward with me. He is one of those mechanics you can trust.

It is important with older vehicles to find someone who is not going to rip you off or charge for something they didn't actually do. Dave always gets my car back to me in a quick time frame and at a fair price. He exceeded all my expectations by far.
