They were just really friendly. Eastside Auto Care tried to get us in and out as quickly as they could. They also ordered a part from a vendor in another state to save us $200. They said if we could wait a little longer to have the part shipped from Oregon, we would save money on a new radiator. It works great, and Dave gives a 1-year warranty on the product.
