We have been going to Shane at Aliso Viejo Auto Service since he started the business, which is at least 3 years. He has always been very honest with us, and I have never felt as though we were being ripped off.

We have 4 cars, so he has done a lot of work for us. He always tells me exactly what needs to be done. If I don't understand, he will clearly explain it to me. I am 100% confident that he knows all about cars.

If something is specialized and over his head, he will tell us where to see someone else. However, the majority of the time he does our work, and it is good.

Even with the estimated time, he is always right on the nose. It really helps me out because I have a family and need to know the timing for my day.

I really believe Shane is honest, and the communication at Aliso Viejo Auto Service is very, very good. He is dependable, and keeps on open door for his customers if for some reason we need one of his repairs redone.
