Over the past year, they've solved 2 VERY stubborn drain problems, replaced a water heater, replaced a sump pump, installed a battery backup and fixed a supply leak for me. I've worked with several of their plumbers and had multiple interactions with their office staff.

In every case and respect, including value, TLC is the best plumber I've found, and I've tried a few over the years. I used to build homes for a living, so I know what's what and these guys (and girls) are the real deal.

As long as they keep doing it the way they've been doing it, TLC will be the only plumber I call.
