: I live in Gainesville and recently had several plumbing issues. I called TLC due to Internet reputation. Bert Russell was the TLC representative. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I had initially called about my kitchen foset. Bert installed a wonderful top of the line foset in no time at all. I mentioned my concern about a water or leak sound in the master bathroom, which Bert looked at and fixed even though it was not initially mentioned as a problem. He was very quiet when fixing all of these problems which was very important to me because I have a three month old baby boy. The plumbing industry need more people like Bert.
