I have to say, I was impressed from the beginning...he walked me through the process. After listening to the passion he had for his cleaning system, I just set an appointment. The technician, Bill, was prompt, professional and very personable. He took his time to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction...I even had my expensive upholstery dry cleaned.
