Change teachers too often.
We were taking our child to Educational Playcare for a while but we recently switched over to a different school. the main reason we left was I felt they switched teachers too often, I felt like every 4 months or so we had a new teacher to get to know. Another reason we switched was I felt like it was more play care and less of an educational environment, so that was another reason we decided to switch.
