At Educational Playcare, I like the fact that if you talk to the director about a concern once, it gets rectified the next day. Everyone makes mistakes but the fact that they appreciate feedback and react right away the very next day was key to me. I also like the fact that they keep updating us with pictures and videos of what the kids are doing. It is a little expensive, but it is worth the price. At one point they kept changing our kid's teacher and I thought it was kind of odd, but we do understand they sometimes have to move around with their schedule. They are extremely receptive to feedback and the kids have learned a lot. They are on their way to kindergarten!
