Inflated price, poor value, late, lengthy

Although Kyle and Marwan (sp?) were friendly and nice, the service was marginal. They showed up over an hour late and it appeared that they were not working quickly because they were being paid by the hour. They told us it would take one load and it ended up taking two.

we take pride in every move that we do and we count on our referrals for future business.
we received this particular job from a broker that they booked it initially with so we have to go by their term.
we usually have 2 hours window for the moving time. we always try notify our customer if our guys are late since they can held up in another job prior to that, so it's out of our control.
