This was the first time I worked with Caps Transmission. I brought in my Dodge Grand Caravan. They had to change out the solenoid, which is an electrical part within the transmission.

The technician was great and the customer service was friendly. The only issue I had was with the communication. I had to keep calling to see when my vehicle would be ready, and I thought it would have been better if they could have been the ones to keep in contact with me.

They also ran into an issue, and my vehicle wasn't ready on time. I didn't find out until I had gone over to the shop to pick it up, which was inconvenient. Other than that, the experience was good. The work done on my transmission was great.
