Walter Fernandez of Energy Control Plus is a highly skilled electrician. I would definitely recommend him. He conducted a full wiring inspection of the older home we were purchasing and his report assisted us in our negotiations. After closing, he upgraded the system as needed, and offered suggestions on energy savings improvements. He is not only extremely competent, but also provides superior service. Calls are promptly returned, the work area is always cleaned up, and he is a genuinely nice guy. Can't say enough positive things about him.
