Everyone that I have worked with at Halo has been friendly and helpful throughout my process. My only concern is the number of people I worked with during my process - there seems to be a lot of turnover and it got confusing as to who I was supposed to contact at any given point in the process. Would be simpler to have 1-2 contacts rather than 3-4.
