Good customer service, easy to work with, growing business
I have used Rancho Transmissions & Automotive in the past. They're a growing business and I'd say they have good customer service and are easy to work with. Sal and Ed helped me. They're very friendly and knowledgeable.
Recently, I had a leaky transmission from a service that was done by them in the past. I was under 24,000 miles, so I was still under warranty. They changed the pan and gas kit and neutral safety switch. There is still a problem with the neutral safety switch, but, the rest of the service was good.
