Steve was incredibly professional, thorough and friendly. He detailed everything he found in an easy to understand manner and the final report was exhaustive and very helpful. We are extremely happy with the results and will absolutely recommend his services. Cost-wise, we did not do a lot of comparison, but the prices were higher than we expected, but not at an unacceptable level.
