I can not express myself enough how much I appreciate that Kyle Mirka, Sales Manager Anchorage store, took the time to listen to my concerns and act on exchanging my dishwasher. He thoroughly explained the mechanical differences between brands. I am thilled with my Miele! How wonderful to have sparkling clean dishes without a complicated soap combination, running the water before starting, HAVING to use the Heavy cycle, meticulous loading and still not having clean dishes.
