Do not know who I am!

The next day after we picked up the range we found we needed a piece to fill a hole at the back of the range. I went in to see if this was something you offered. I gave the girl at the counter every bit of information about myself and she could not find my paperwork. I walked out. It was very disappointed to special order something, pay over 1,000.00 for it and then within 24 be a nobody standing at your desk. I probably would not return and purchase again unless I had no choice.
