I had an issue with the person I was working with calling me to let me know when the ordered part for my car would arrive. I had to call him and leave a message. He never returned my call so I called him the next business day. He finally called me back and I took my car in to get the side mirror fixed. I was pleased with the replacement of the mirror and the minimal time it took to repair it.
