I called RDS Plumbing & Sewer because I wasn't sure about some plumbing questions I had since we had just moved in to the house. He called back two hours later and wrote me in right there. He said he could come over in two hours and thirty minutes before he arrived, he said he was thirty minutes away. He was super busy but he answered all my questions, talked to me a bit about things in the house that, as a new homeowner, I didn't know about. The sewer connection to the city was backing up so then he told me what to do and I got it fixed.
