We receive our reminder notice to call for the annual service appointment on time. The office staff is very polite and schedules the visit convenient to our schedule. The representative is always prompt, friendly, completes the service throughly, and is considerate about being in our home.

We have not had to call very often for service because of a problem, but when we have, it was scheduled promptly and the problem was solved in the same visit.
