ATCO Property Management was referred to me by a friend. I have been working with them for about 8 months now.
They manage one property for me. It took a little while to find the correct person to rent the property. They ended up finding a qualified renter.
Overall, I have been happy with their service and would recommend them.
My advice is to insist that they be aggressive in looking for possible tenants.
